Bus Driver (Public Transport Experience) Rotterdam Region

We are recruiting experienced Bus Drivers for a leading public transport company in Rotterdam. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, forward -thinking environment, operating a fleet that is transitioning to 100% zero -emission vehicles by 2030.

As a Bus Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and customer -focused transportation for a diverse range of passengers, including commuters, students, and tourists.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers across designated routes
  
• Operate modern and electric buses
  
• Deliver excellent customer service
  
• Represent the company professionally
  
• Adhere strictly to traffic and safety regulations
  

Working Conditions

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (average)
  
• Shift -based schedule (between 05:00 and 01:00)
  
• Maximum 90 hours over two weeks
  
• Weekly shift planning
  
• 4 -week paid training with a mentor driver
  
• Initial assignment on limited routes
  

Contract Details

• Contract provided before arrival and signed on -site
  
• Initial Phase A contract (up to 78 weeks)
  
• Opportunity for direct employment with the client based on performance
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in public transport as a Bus Driver
  
• Valid Category D driving license with Code 95
  
• Valid medical certificate (support provided if needed)
  
• Clean criminal record (VOG or equivalent)
  
• Own vehicle is advantageous (car rental available if needed)
  
• English proficiency at minimum B1 level

• Net Salary: €550–€620 per week
  
• Base Hourly Rate: €17.74 – €24.72 (gross)
  
• Allowances:
  • Irregular hours: 15%–55%
    
  • Early shifts: +€6 per shift
    
  • Evening shifts: +€23–€48 per shift
    
  • Saturday: +€45 per shift
    
  • Sunday: +€65 per shift
    
• Additional Bonuses:
  • First Aid: €15.41/month
    
  • Broken shifts: €22.19 each
    
  • Code 95 allowance: €59.03/month
