Job Description - Business Analist

Wat ga je doen?

Als Business Analist bij FIT ben je de detective die complexe businessvraagstukken ontrafelt en vertaalt naar heldere, uitvoerbare plannen. Je begrijpt klantbehoeften, analyseert deze grondig en werkt ze uit in praktische doorvertalingen naar het ontwikkelteam. Het belangrijkste? Je begrijpt niet alleen wÃ¡t een klant vraagt, maar ook waarÃ³m.

Je rol heeft veel overlap met die van Product Owner - en dat is precies de kracht. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team stories op de backlog krijgt die daadwerkelijk 'bouwbaar' zijn. Van requirements gathering tot het uitwerken van technische specificaties: jij bent de brug tussen business en IT.

Elke opdracht is anders en elke organisatie uniek. De ene keer werk je aan een API -integratie voor een fintech, de volgende keer help je een retailer met hun nieuwe klantenportaal. Jij spreekt zowel de taal van de business als die van het ontwikkelteam - en dat maakt het verschil.
