• Enhancing the digital experience for millions of ING customers across multiple countries while enabling employees with efficient and scalable technology solutions.
  


• Develop and manage effective delivery plans, while tracking, reporting, and coordinating project progress.
  


• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks.
  


• Collaborate closely with developers, system administrators, business stakeholders, and management teams to deliver successful solutions.
  


• Coordinate development activities and ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
  


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative and scalable technical solutions.
  


• Proactively resolve challenges and remove project impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
  


• Strong experience in IT project management within banking or financial services projects.
  


• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives.
