Requirements

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and governance of the Business Continuity and Process Management System (BCPMS), ensuring alignment with business continuity requirements and operational excellence.
  


• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to BCPMS.
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business continuity processes, controls, and workflows.
  


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements.
  


• Support the implementation and integration of BCPMS modules and related tools.
  


• Conduct impact assessments for changes to processes, systems, and policies.
  


• Ensure compliance with business continuity standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  


• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and documentation, including SOPs and process flows.
  


• Monitor system usage and performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  


• Support incident management, risk assessment, and recovery planning activities within the Business Continuity framework.
  


• Prepare and deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  


• Experience with UCS and HyperFlex enterprise environments.
  


• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles and process frameworks.
  


• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  


• Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio and BPMN.
  


• Familiarity with IT systems integration and enterprise applications.
  


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  


• Preferred Skills: SAP HANA, Spotfire, Project Online.
  


• Strong communication and presentation skills.
