About the role:
As a Business Analyst (Home Owner), you play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the systems, processes, and data flows that support Landal’s homeowner business. From the Homeowner Portal to owner use rules, settlements, shared ownership and HOA functionalities – you ensure that business needs are clearly captured, translated into actionable requirements, and delivered across our digital and operational teams.What will you do:
As a Business Analyst at Landal your tasks & responsibilities include:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collect and analyse business requirements related to owner use bookings, settlements, document handling, news items, shared ownership, and HOA features;
Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
Validate requirements with Owner Relations, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams.
Process & System Documentation
Map and document end‑to‑end processes across systems such as Maxxton, the Homeowner Portal, CRM, and financial platforms;
Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities;
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of business processes and functionalities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Owner Relations, Finance/SSC, Park Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors;
Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and alignment meetings;
Ensure business requirements are properly understood and prioritised.
Delivery Support & Testing
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and scope definition;
Prepare test scenarios and participate in functional and UAT testing;
Validate system behaviour against requirements (e.g., owner use rules, HOA configuration, shared ownership access, document visibility).
Data, Compliance & Reporting
Analyse data flows related to settlements, financial postings, document delivery, and owner identity;
Support compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls;
Contribute to data quality improvements across homeowner processes.

An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;
A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full-time basis*;
A bonus scheme;
27 days' holiday for a full-time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off;
Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home;
Working from home allowance of €2,45 per home working day;
Training and education options;
Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half;
Possibility of paid additional maternity and parental leave;
Various group insurance policies, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family;
A favorable staff booking scheme.
* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
Unfortunately for this position we’re not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
