Business Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

As a Freelance Business Consultant in team PID (Process, Information and Data) you contribute to knowledge management, training development and process improvement within Small Consumption (KV). Our focus is on creating uniform work processes and simplifying knowledge sharing for our colleagues. Team PID manages the KV knowledge base, optimizes the search functionality and structures the use of process data to better serve customers. About Team PID

Team PID is a scrum team consisting of a Product Owner, Scrum Master and Business Consultants. We are not an IT development team, but focus on knowledge management and process management within the Agile Release Train (ART) Customer Communication. Our mission is to give colleagues direct access to the necessary knowledge, allowing them to perform their work faster and without errors. We develop the KV knowledge base, standardize work processes and ensure transparency in process use and performance. With this commitment we contribute to shorter training times and increased independence in the organization.

What are you going to do?

As a Business Consultant in team PID you work on:

• Analyzing and translating business needs into knowledge management, process management and training.
  


• Creating and managing user stories and continuously optimizing the backlog.
  


• Organizing workshops and supporting the team in migrating the knowledge base to a new platform with improved search functionalities.
  


• Recording and further developing the generic operational work process of Small Consumption.
  


• Working on a logical and uniform knowledge structure that allows employees to quickly find the information they need without interrupting their work.
  

Together with the Product Owner, you ensure that team objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals. You work in an agile team with room for personal initiative and direct collaboration with driven colleagues.

What are you bringing?

We are looking for a proactive Medior Business Consultant with an affinity for knowledge management and process management. Ideally you have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant in a dynamic organization.
  


• Experience with process optimization and preferably knowledge of knowledge management tools.
  


• Experience in implementing changes (change management) and influencing behavioral change among the target group.
  


• Experience with Agile working, including SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban.
  


• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  


• An independent working attitude with a pragmatic approach.
