Job Description - Business Data Analyst (ID: 4048)

As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

Drive data management and data governance initiatives across business and technology teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data management and governance.
Support data quality, metadata management, and master data management activities.
Work with Data Warehousing and BI/Analytics platforms to support data-driven business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
Contribute to Agile delivery processes, including requirements gathering, planning, and delivery activities.
Ensure data-related processes align with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and manage expectations across multiple teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

8+ years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Consulting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance frameworks.
Hands-on experience in business consulting and requirements gathering.
Expertise in data analysis, data quality, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
Experience working with Data Warehousing and BI/Analytics platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data.

You should possess the ability to:

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
Analyze complex data-related business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple stakeholders and requirements in a structured manner.
Identify and address data quality and governance issues.
Work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
Understand business processes and their impact on data management and governance.
Apply data governance principles while considering regulatory and compliance requirements.
