Job Description - Business Development Executive

Contract type: Temporary, 1 year contract, full-time
Location: Maastricht, hybrid

Please note: expert level of spoken and written Dutch language skill required for this position.
Are you a skilful negotiator with a passion for new acquisitions? Are you open-minded and a good communicator? Then the position of Business Development Executive could be just right for you - or, as we call it at MD7, Site Acquisition Consultant
 
The Site Acquisition Consultant is responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile phone antenna sites in Dutch on behalf of our clients. Using your negotiation skills, you will build partnerships with landlords, conduct site inspections, and ensure that leases are successfully finalised. We are looking for a responsible, committed, and motivated employee to join our rapidly growing team.
  • Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
  • Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract
  • Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts
  • Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack
  • Site visits: Visits to potential or already acquired locations, as required
  • Expert level Dutch language skills both written and spoken 
  • Basic English language skills
  • Sales or negotiation experience
  • Property negotiation or real estate background preferred
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent time management skills
