Syntho is entering its next phase of growth—and you’ll be joining at a defining moment. We’re moving from early traction to becoming a market leader in Europe. With strong product-market fit established, we are now scaling rapidly, and this role will play a key part in that journey.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Syntho’s growth. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, opening doors with prospective customers, and fueling our sales pipeline.
Working closely with the New Business Sales team, you’ll turn outbound efforts into qualified opportunities and help shape how we scale our go-to-market approach.
Own and execute outbound business development initiatives
Engage prospects through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality leads
Research target accounts and map key decision-makers
Create targeted prospect lists with actionable insights
Experiment with and optimize outreach strategies
Leverage modern sales tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong ability to engage prospects and generate interest quickly
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Able to position a technical product in a clear, compelling way
Experience with complex B2B solutions is a plus
Affinity with data, technology, or AI
Fast learner who quickly understands customer needs and pain points
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to solve real problems
Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
Takes ownership of pipeline and outbound performance
Able to build, test, and improve repeatable outbound processes
Structured in execution, creative in approach
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Entrepreneurial and action-oriented mindset
Motivated to help build and scale a high-performing sales team
Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms) is a plus
