KLM is continuously engaged in discussions with trade unions regarding the collective labour agreement. Reaching an agreement is important, but ensuring that it is implemented correctly is just as crucial. That is where you come in. As a Business Product Analyst (BPA) within the Reward & Retain team, you will play a key role in implementing various employment benefits and reward initiatives that directly affect all KLM employees.

What are you going to do?

As a Business Product Analyst, you will help the product team achieve the best possible results from its digital products. You will investigate how HR and payroll processes can be improved, translate user needs into practical solutions and ensure that new tools are successfully adopted. You will work closely with HR departments, software engineers and product owners, translating their input into concrete actions.

In addition, you will:

  • Collaborate with users from the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) and the Compensation & Benefits department to gain a clear understanding of their processes and requirements;

  • Design the ideal workflow to support the digital HR product;

  • Help users work effectively with the tool and resolve any issues they encounter;

  • Contribute to product development based on data and user feedback.

Where do you land?

You will work within the People Technology & Intelligence (PT&I) Business Platform. Your primary work location will be Amstelveen, where you will collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues from different product teams. You will report to the Business Product Analysis Leader, who will support you in developing your professional expertise.

Your profile

You move effortlessly between the worlds of HR, IT and the end user. You quickly identify the essence of a problem and are skilled at translating needs into concrete solutions. You understand end-to-end processes and can easily navigate between different topics, people and interests.

Furthermore:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or an equivalent level of professional and intellectual ability gained through relevant experience;

  • You have two to four years of experience in business analysis or a comparable role;

  • You are familiar with process design and change management;

  • You have experience with digital product development in a complex environment;
