Carpenter

Hey! We’re Filip Bricklayer – a family-like team that’s been doing carpentry, framing, and finishing work for years across new builds and renovations. We’re growing and need another good carpenter.

What you’ll be handling:

• Building and installing timber structures (roofs, floors, walls, stairs, doors)
• Fitting windows, doors, frames, sliding doors, and external joinery
• Erecting stud walls, partitions, ceilings, and suspended systems
• Second-fix work: skirting, architraves, sills, stair cladding, detailing
• Working with softwood, hardwood, sheet materials, OSB, plywood, etc.
• Installing staircases, balustrades, dormers, and canopies
• Minor repairs and restoration on existing timber elements
• Reading drawings, setting out accurately
• Keeping your workspace safe and tidy
• Collaborating with bricklayers, plasterers, plumbers, and the team

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1–2 years carpentry experience (new build, renovation, or finishing)
• Good knowledge of timber construction, fixings, and detailing
• You have (or are willing to get) VCA certification
• Driving licence B
• Flexible to work at different sites
• Decent English (Dutch helpful)
• You deliver accurate, quality work and take ownership – while appreciating flexibility in your day
