Mercure Hotel Amsterdam City is beautifully situated on the water and ideally located in relation to, for example, the ArenA, ZiggoDome, the Zuidas, the city center and only 5 minutes from the RAI Convention Centre. Given its location, just off the highway and close to Metrostation Overamstel, it is easy to get to.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the dishes are prepared with passion. We use seasonal products to prepare the tastiest dishes, and we also welcome your ideas!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational independent working chef! Ideally, you have completed a level 3 cooking course or have equivalent demonstrable work experience. You are flexible, a team player, have good HACCP knowledge, and good communication skills in English or Dutch. Speaking Dutch is not a requirement.

• A salary above the Hospitality CAO in scale 5, ranging from € 2.619,21 to € 3.149,23 based on your experience. At Accor, we start from periodic 4 instead of 1;
