As Chef de Partie, your section is your stage. You are responsible for delivering one of the most exciting dining experiences in the area, where every plate carries your signature of precision, creativity, and pride.

You thrive in the rhythm of service, the hum of a busy kitchen, the controlled intensity that builds as orders roll in. While there are briefings and moments to align with the team, your real work happens on the pass, on the pans, in the details. This is a physical, hands-on role where energy and stamina matter. You will be on your feet, moving with purpose, leading your section with focus and confidence.
