What will you be doing as a Chef de Partie?

As Chef de Partie, says really: you will be responsible for your partie, making sure the operation runs smoothly. High motivation, planning and working on small tasks on your own and with a small team is expected. You will ensure a good mise-en-place and you will work in an accurate and fast way during service. Moreover, you assist in keeping the entire back of the house clean and up to standard.

In this position you will oversee perfectly operations, ensuring dilligent mise-en-place, maintaining speed and accuracy during service, and taking charge of your kitchen section.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating with the team for seamless service

Training and supporting kitchen staff

Assisting in developing new menus of the restaurants

Who are you?

A passionate storyteller with a love for cooking.

You have worked as a (Demi) Chef de Partie for a min. of 1-2 years.

Flexible to work on weekdays and weekends.

You are most energetic during the late afternoon and evening.
