Welcome to our kitchen brigade at Hilton Rotterdam! Every day in the kitchen is different and creates dynamics in your daily work! When you start your shift, you will coordinate together with your colleagues the preparation, layout and execution of the a la carte service in restaurant JAQ and for Meetings & Events on the Upper Lobby of Hilton Rotterdam. During the a la carte service you will be assigned to a partie where you will create dishes from JAQ's menu! JAQ's menu is varied so you will learn various methods and presentations of dishes. This also applies to the menus that you will prepare together with your colleagues for our guests at Meetings & Events!
