4 -star hotel with a high -volume kitchen operation, including buffet service, à la carte dining, and banqueting. The hotel operates year -round with a consistent guest flow and a well -structured kitchen brigade.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your assigned section and ensuring consistent, high -quality food delivery across buffet, à la carte, and event service in a fast -paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section during service with autonomy and precision.
  
• Prepare and organise mise en place for buffet and à la carte operations.
  
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  
• Maintain strict HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
  
• Monitor stock levels, storage, and FIFO procedures.
  
• Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef during service.
  
• Support banqueting and large -scale service operations when required.
  

• 4–5 years of experience as Chef de Partie in professional kitchens.
  
• Experience in hotel or high -volume kitchen environments.
  
• Ability to perform under pressure within structured brigade systems.
  
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, hands -on attitude.
  
• EU work eligibility or valid Dutch work permit.
