About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. As part of our culinary team, you’ll take ownership of your section, deliver high standards of mise en place, and ensure consistency and creativity in every dish that leaves the pass. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute a menu that combines precision, flavor, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section (grill, garnish, pastry, etc.) with full accountability.
  

• Ensure preparation, cooking, and presentation meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
  

• Maintain stock control, minimize waste, and assist with ordering when required.
  

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
  

• Support the team during service and lead by example during high-volume periods.
  

• Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu updates.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
  

• Solid technical skills and a passion for quality, detail, and teamwork.
  

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  

• Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating styles.
  

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  

• EU work permit or eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
