Chief Technology Officer (Brokerage)

As Coinmerce grows rapidly, we’re looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a focus on Brokerage and ideally a crypto background to lead our technology strategy and innovation across the organization with this specific focus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in (crypto/brokerage) technology leadership, a passion for emerging trends and the vision to align technology with business objectives. This is a senior leadership role that will shape the future of Coinmerce and the broader crypto industry.

Responsibilities

• Build, inspire and coach high-performing tech teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration in line with business needs.

• Oversee platform security and data integrity, ensuring the highest standards of protection for our customers and their assets.

• Design, implement and monitor a comprehensive brokerage technology strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

• Ensure the reliability of the technological infrastructure, ensuring performance and scalability.

• Manage the technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as DORA.

• Continuously stay informed about industry best practices and technology advancements.
