Cleaner/Verpakker Module Assembly

As a Cleaner / Packer in Module Assembly, you are responsible for cleaning and packaging products and modules so they can be transported in accordance with cleanroom requirements. In the cleanroom, the products and modules are cleaned and packed according to the applicable instructions.

• VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) degree with relevant work experience.

• You are a structured worker.

• You are accurate and stress-resistant.

• You have a good command of English language. Dutch is a plus.

• The work takes place in two shifts:

• Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

• You have problem-solving skills and can maintain an overview.

• You have strong communication and social skills and are a team player.

• You are driven and enthusiastic, have an open attitude, and are not afraid to ask questions.

Your daily responsibilities include

 General Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with safety regulations.

• Clean products according to established standards and instructions.

• Follow cleanroom rules and guidelines.

• Package and deliver products according to customer requirements and instructions.

• Comply with all safety, occupational health, environmental, 6S, ESD, and other company-specific procedures.

Cleaning Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and clean products according to instructions.

• Remove packaging from cleanroom deliveries.

• Move products and orders to the next step of process.

• Report contamination outside quality standards to the Quality Engineer.

Packing Responsibilities 

• Packing Products are packaged according to instructions, including scanning, labeling, and using equipment such as a roller table, hoist, or stacker.

• Oven and sealer settings are adjusted as required, and finished items are moved to the next step.

• Any contamination outside quality standards is reported to the Quality Engineer.
