Clinical & Research Associate

At Cordys Analytics, our mission is to accelerate the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence in cardiovascular ECG diagnostics. By doing so, we aim to enhance patient well-being, extend life expectancy, and reduce healthcare costs on a global scale. Our clinical decision support tools are designed to reduce diagnostic delays, minimize unnecessary follow-up testing, and support overburdened care teams.

Cordys is looking for a sharp and motivated Clinical & Research Associate to help us revolutionize heart care through AI. You’ll play a key role in accelerating the clinical validation and implementation of our AI-powered ECG platform, GALVO, in leading hospitals across Europe.

We are currently initiating commercial pilots with top clinical partners in the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and France. These pilots are designed to demonstrate the medical effectiveness of our AI-ECG software, ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows, and lay the foundation for scaling the platform internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate clinical studies across partner hospitals
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and clinical researchers
• Translate medical feedback into actionable input for the product team
• Contribute to regulatory and scientific documentation
• Support the development and refinement of our AI-based ECG diagnostics platform

If you bring a strong combination of medical insight, scientific rigor, and a hands-on, practical mindset—and you speak fluent Dutch—we’d love to hear from you.

• Fluent in Dutch (essential) and comfortable communicating in English (alleen Nederlands sprekenden)
• Strong medical background; experience in cardiology is a definite advantage
• Technically literate – confident with terms like APIs and AI models, and able to understand how the product works
• Experience working in or alongside hospitals, ideally with direct involvement in clinical processes
• Familiarity with setting up or coordinating clinical studies; BROK/GCP certification is a plus (can also be obtained later)
• Solid scientific training: minimum MSc, PhD with clinical study experience is a strong plus
• Proactive, well-organized, and capable of bridging clinical, scientific, and technical domains

We offer a compelling benefits package to support your growth and wellbeing:

• Flexible hybrid setup – work from home and join us regularly at our office in Utrecht
• Part-time or full-time – we're open to 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on what works best for you
• Competitive salary between €50,000 and €70,000 per year, including holiday allowance – based on your experience and qualifications
• 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time) to recharge and reset
• Start date: Ideally 1 October 2025 – or slightly earlier/later by mutual agreement
