Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Supplier Management.
  


• Experienced Cloud Service Management Specialist with strong expertise in establishing and operationalizing service management frameworks between enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for Cloud & Hosting services.
  


• Skilled in service governance, service catalogue management, financial management, supplier coordination, operational processes, and continuous service improvement.
  


• Define and implement the operating and engagement model between internal teams and MSPs for Cloud & Hosting services.
  


• Establish governance structures, decision-making forums, escalation paths, service reviews, and KPI reporting frameworks.
  


• Define and maintain Cloud & Hosting service catalogues, including service onboarding, enhancement, lifecycle management, and retirement.
  


• Design processes for service requests, changes, deployments, releases, and service introduction.
  


• Coordinate internal Digital teams and external providers to ensure effective service delivery and change execution.
  


• Establish financial management processes covering cost tracking, chargeback/showback, forecasting, budgeting, and cloud cost optimization.
  


• Define and manage service scope, ownership, SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and MSP performance commitments.
  


• Monitor MSP performance against contractual obligations and drive service improvement initiatives.
  


• Lead monthly service reviews, operational governance meetings, and performance discussions.
  


• Prepare service reports covering KPIs, risks, issues, actions, and improvement plans.
  


• Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, internal teams, and external service providers.
  


• Drive accountability, issue resolution, operational maturity, and continuous service improvement.
  


• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  


• Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers and outsourced delivery models.
  


• Strong understanding of Cloud & Hosting services and service governance frameworks.
  


• Experience designing service catalogues, operating models, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
  


• Knowledge of IT financial management, cost governance, and budgeting.
  


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  


• Experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
  


• ServiceNow Service Management experience.
  


• Vendor management and contract governance.
  


• FinOps and cloud cost management practices.
  


• Cloud & Hosting MSP Operating Model.
  


• Service Governance Framework and Meeting Structure.
  


• Cloud & Hosting Service Catalogue with ownership and SLA definitions.
  


• Change, Deployment, and Service Coordination Processes.
  


• Financial Management and Cost Governance Framework.
  


• KPI Dashboard and Service Reporting Framework.
  


• Transition Documentation and Knowledge Transfer Materials.
