Job Description - Cloud Support Engineer

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will implement and manage Cloud solutions. Your duties also include setting up various mobile devices and laptops with Windows10 and MacOS.

We will be happy if you have:


  • Work experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Cloud (Azure) environments;
  • Extensive knowledge and certifications in managing modern desktops, identity, and services;
  • Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VMWare, and Topdesk;
  • Experience with device deployment (Windows, IOS, and Android);
  • Experience with applications in W10 (packaging & deployment);
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch;
  • AZ-900, MD-100/MD-101, ITIL 4 certifications.


Responsibilities:

  • Register incoming incidents from end-users;
  • independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end-users;
  • Transfer incidents to the end users and answer them correctly.
