Commercial Employee / Training Consultant

Linguarama (a Marcus Evans company) is a leading international language and intercultural training organisation that specialises in providing face-to-face and online courses for business professionals in-company, in our own professionally equipped training centres and worldwide in the virtual classroom. We offer a range of individual and small group courses in all languages that enable our clients to communicate more effectively in their work. These include Foreign Language programmes, English in England courses, Cross Cultural Training Courses, and specialist skills seminar training.

Over the last forty years, we have developed established relationships with over sixty per cent of Europe's major companies as a result of the quality of our training and service.

This is an onsite role for our office in Amsterdam.

Key Qualifications

• You will develop a plan to interest companies in placing their language training courses at Linguarama.
• You will also be the person who monitors and implements this plan.
• Under your watch, awareness grows among clients and prospects about what Linguarama has to offer.
• You will be the point of contact for all questions about organising language training for people who need to perform in a language other than their own. You keep track of this in our CRM system so that we stay in the picture with our relations.

Qualifications

• Has MBO work and thinking level.
• Has experience in approaching companies by telephone.
• Has experience with meetings using Teams.
• Is able to deal creatively with questions from customers and prospects.
• Has oral and written skills in both Dutch and English.
• Is a self-starter, capable of building and maintaining an internal and external network.
• Acts proactively and has active follow-up on files.
• Lives in the Amsterdam region.
• Would like to work a minimum of 32 hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• The position is scaled at a starting salary of € 3,300 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience.
