Job Description - Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst (fulltime)

As an Internal Sales Representative at myneva, you are the anchor within our sales department. You support our account managers by advising existing and potential customers about our products and services, you take care of order processing and provide the account managers with essential sales information.  
  
It is a versatile position. You will be responsible for:  
  
  • Advising customers 
  • Drawing up quotations and contracts 
  • Making appointments with customers 
  • Answering and handling questions and complaints 
  • Conducting sales conversations
  • Supporting your colleagues in the broadest sense of the word 
  • Developing and updating your product knowledge 
  • Monitoring the order process 
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction 
  • Thinking along to improve sales and customer satisfaction 
As an Inside Sales Representative, you have strong social skills and a proactive attitude. In addition, the following competencies are important:  
  • You are customer- and service-oriented 
  • Independent, representative, driven, result-oriented, communicative and flexible. 
  • You can spot commercial opportunities 
  • You are organised and good at keeping an overview  
In addition, you have:   
  • A completed Secondary or Higher professional education in commercial direction 
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in care or IT 
  • An excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Experience with Hubspot is an advantage 
  • Affinity with and knowledge of the ECD market is a plus. 
  • A workplace at our Woerden office, as well as the right facilities for online interaction. 
  • A salary between 2,800 and 3,200 euros a month, depending on age and work experience with accompanying fringe benefits, such as a telephone allowance, laptop, participation in pension, company fitness and flexible working hours. 
  • There is plenty of room to develop yourself. 
  • You will work together with our enthusiastic and driven colleagues from Sales, Consultancy, Customer Service, Business Development and Product Development. 
  • You contribute to society by contributing to the satisfaction of our customers within the Social Care sectors.
