Commissioning Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading engineering contractor with a strong presence internationally delivering across the data centre and high value engineering sectors who are looking for a commissioning lead on a brand new data centre in the Netherlands

* Develop, maintain, and drive the commissioning programme in line with project milestones.

* Manage commissioning engineers, testing teams, and specialist subcontractors.

* Coordinate commissioning activities with package managers, consultants, vendors, and client teams.

* Chair daily and weekly commissioning meetings, providing progress updates and managing key actions.

* Oversee LOTO procedures, permit systems, and the safe control of critical environments.

* Manage testing, commissioning, and handover documentation, ensuring compliance and quality standards are achieved.

* Monitor programme progress, resource levels, risks, and commissioning deliverables.

* Drive the closure of defects and commissioning-related snagging items.

* Support commercial management, including labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and variations.

* Produce regular progress reports and look-ahead schedules.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

* Support the successful completion and handover of complex MEP and mission-critical projects.
