Seeking an experienced Construction Manager for the design and execution phases of a major hydrogen pipeline project. You will bridge engineering and site execution, ensuring designs are safe, feasible, and ready for construction.

Key Tasks:

  Assess designs for manufacturability, safety, and execution feasibility

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and mitigate execution, safety, and environmental risks

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in design reviews and construction team meetings

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to project and execution documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and supervise structural execution in the implementation phase

  
  


• 
  

  Build, manage, and coach the site supervision team

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor safety, quality, planning, and progress

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Manage deviations, risks, and bottlenecks with appropriate control measures

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee delivery, handover, and resolution of remaining issues

  
  

Key Requirements:

• 
  

  HBO-level technical education or equivalent thinking level

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years experience in underground infrastructure, pipeline construction, or industrial projects

  
  


• 
  

  VCA-VOL certified

  
  


• 
  

  Experience assessing designs from an execution perspective

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of pipeline construction techniques and safety standards

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
