Consultant (CL2) Climate Change Advisory

ERM is looking for a Consultant to join our Climate Change Advisory team in the Netherlands.

You will support the delivery of climate change and sustainability projects, helping clients transition to a low-carbon economy. This includes contributing to decarbonization strategies, carbon accounting, target setting, ESG reporting, and climate-related regulatory analysis. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project delivery: Deliver project tasks within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring high-quality outputs; Support the development of:  Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG inventories; Decarbonization and net-zero targets and strategies; Climate risk assessments; ESG and regulatory analysis (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, IFRS S2) 

Technical & Analytical Support: Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and research on climate topics; Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and client deliverables; Support the development of climate strategies and transition plans 

Client & Business Support 

Work collaboratively with project teams and contribute to positive client relationships; Support proposal preparation and business development activities; Apply sector knowledge to contribute to client solutions 

Team & Operational Contribution 

Work under the guidance of Project Managers and Partners on complex engagements, contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
