Job Description - Consultant (m/f/d) Technical Advisory- BeNeLux

Do you want to work in an international environment with projects all over Europe? Are you a passionate consultant with strong communication skills and the desire to add value to the business of our clients? Tailored technical and commercial advisory in all lifecycle stages of built assets (real estate or infrastructure projects)
Managing and supporting Technical Due Diligence Processes
Technical Monitoring of projects all over Europe to assess compliance with project assumptions and project budgets
Technical Asset Management of projects including optimization of lifecycle assumptions and costs
Preparation, quality control and distribution of reports for financial institutions and investors in English and German language
Teamwork within international advisory teams
Preparation of presentations and proposals
Proactive help with the continual growth of an international company
Working closely with colleagues and management

A degree in construction or civil engineering or comparable technical education
Working experience in a consulting role
Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work as an independent consultant
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Very good written and oral language skills in English and German
