Consultant Resilience, Crisis, & Reputation

The Resilience Crisis & Reputation team helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from planned or unplanned high-impact events. At Deloitte.

• advising clients on crisis management, business continuity management, and (crisis) communication to reduce the impact of a crisis and build and maintain the reputation of organizations; 

• assisting organizations through all phases of a crisis, for example by developing and conducting crisis simulations and learning cycles, performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA’s), and preparing planning documents; 

• supporting organizations in developing, setting up, and implementing their resilience, business continuity or security processes; 

• working on the development of innovative client solutions and propositions together with other Deloitte teams;  

• learning on the job and joining our training and development program. 

The RCR team guides clients in the public and private sector on crisis and continuity management, including a focus on the importance of trust and strategic communication to mitigate potential crises. As a Consultant, you will support organizations with, for example crisis simulations, conducting BIA’s, preparing relevant documentation and stakeholder engagement, contributing to embedding resilience to their core strategy.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Consultant Resilience, Crisis & Reputation:

• a completed master's degree in social sciences, communication science, international relations, security studies, public administration, security and risk management, business informatics, or another relevant field; 
• around 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the public sector and/or consultancy; 
• a preference for challenging assignments, where you apply your knowledge or experience in one or more of our areas of expertise: crisis management, resilience, business continuity management, (crisis)communications or risk management. 
• known for both your social and analytical skills, proactiveness, societal awareness, and quick-witted approach;  
• you have excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
