• Ensure optimal working conditions in the field of health and safety and integration of QHS&E into business processes
• Develop and manage an environmental system and ensure the presence of necessary environmental permits and realization of environmental objectives
• Organize and manage the ISO process with the aim of annual extension of the ISO certification
• Determine frequency and content of internal audits
• Lead and/or supervise internal and external audits and ensure follow-up of action points
• Prepare progress reports regarding implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QHS&E management system based on audit results and project evaluations
• Develop and advise in the rollout of new work processes
• Management of RI&E and action plan
• Set up maintenance plan of buildings, schedule maintenance of the building, grounds and building-related facilities based on this plan
• Prevention and safety coordination
• Head of emergency response
• Support company's ARBO policy
• Train on and further develop safety in the company in consultation with the department managers

You will primarily work from our office in Best and sporadically work from our office in Sint-Oedenrode (Eindhoven as of November 2024)

• HBO/WO (Bachelor or Master) level
• At least 5 years of experience in comparable job 
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player 
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
