Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Core Services Technical Lead responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of projects within a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, strong delivery governance and rigorous financial control across all workstreams.
  
  
  


• Solid technical background in Networks and full ownership of the Services Roadmap.
  
  
  


• Promote execution excellence, stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes.
  
  
  


• Lead all stages of project delivery, including scoping, planning, requirements definition, testing, deployment and service transition.
  
  
  


• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  
  
  


• Track and communicate milestones, risks, dependencies and progress to leadership.
  
  
  


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, RAID logs and status reports.
  
  
  


• Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues to support informed decision-making and maintain delivery momentum.
