Country Manager - Netherlands

As the Country Manager of Peterson Solutions for the Netherlands, you will be a key player in driving our commitment to environmental and social responsibility in the Netherlands and globally. You will build and manage a dynamic team, to identify, develop, and implement sustainable and impactful projects with a wide range of clients in sectors such as agriculture, food and beverage, textiles, tobacco, and bioenergy. You will lead collaborations across our offices, sectors, and expert teams to maximize the value that we provide to our clients. Your strategic vision and leadership will contribute to the growth and success of our services as well as the impact we have on our clients.

Growth

• Shape and oversee the company’s business plan, growth, and investment going forward.

• Work with the team to build and strengthen existing client relationships to achieve growth and long-term partnerships.

• Support the team to better upsell and cross-sell our wide range of services to existing clients.

• Build on existing initiatives to develop new clients globally as well as within the domestic market in the Netherlands.

• Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, other countries, sector leads, and expert leads to develop opportunities.

• Setting KPIs for the team to track the proficiency of the team.

• Conducting performance reviews and building competencies, skills, and talent within the country structure.

Financial Reporting

• Full P&L oversight and management for the Netherlands entity.

• Creation and monthly monitoring of an annual budget and business plan.

• Strategic management of budget and resources.

• Presentation of monthly financial reports to regional management.
