What we do
Guided by our ARC (Always Relevant Content) approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

Now, here's the deal: We're scouting for a Creative. Someone who is a master of decks and who can bring home pitches for clients like JBL, Nike, and Dior. We're into those who embrace experimentation, spot a new feature in the morning, and bring it to life by the afternoon. We're big on talent nurturing and swear by the power of short videos, groundbreaking artists' rewriting norms, and creators ready to reshape the ad world. We are looking for a Creative with experience in international markets.

The Role

• Win pitches in collaboration with our Ghost Team (Commercial Director, Project Lead, Head of Strategy, Creatives).


• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop creative ideas that exceed the bar of creativity within social.


• Generate social-first concepts and campaigns across various media channels, as well as pitch our ARC model. Knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Roblox, and YouTube Shorts is a must.


• Harness the latest trends in tech with creative development for clients.

You as a Creative:

• Are hungry for everything social, digital, and creative. Possess a keen interest in new platforms and storytelling techniques within our industry and the creative realm.


• Consume and create content daily on short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts.


• Experience in creative writing and/or art direction,


• Elevate ideas to the next level, exhibiting responsibility, accountability, and love for collaborative magic.


• Bring 2-3 years of international experience in a social or creative agency (preferably experience in pan-European campaigns or always-on strategies).


• Demonstrate a successful track record of turning creative briefs into executed social concepts – showcase this experience through a creative portfolio.


• You have skills in video editing, visual effects, or storytelling to elevate concepts and assets.
  


• Have some experience in mentoring and guiding mid-level and junior-level creatives.
  


• Can speak and write fluently in English, and the Dutch language would be a plus.
