The Role
As a Creative Director (Social), you will be a visionary leader who thrives on pushing creative boundaries, mentoring top talent, and crafting breakthrough social content, and social-first campaigns. At GoSpooky, we don’t just follow trends. We build brands on social. You’ll live and breathe content, understand the pulse of social media culture, and know how to turn insights into powerful storytelling. Reporting directly to the Head of Content, you’ll be at the helm of our content team, guiding creatives to develop compelling, platform-native content that resonates with audiences and consistently exceeds client expectations.
For this specific role you you will lead a unit dedicated to creating platform-native, fast, sharp, and culturally relevant content, tailored for social feeds and infused with Dutch humour and internet culture. You will be managing around 8-10 creatives.
