As a Critical Order Representative at Terex/Genie, based in the European Distribution Center (EDC), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Aftermarket organization by expediting parts orders that have been escalated to the Machine Down list, with a primary focus on Strategic Accounts. This role includes Salesforce case management, supplier coordination, and providing general Buyer support to ensure timely resolution of critical customer orders.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and communicate with Supply Chain teams and internal production facilities to expedite Machine Down items escalated to the Critical Order Representative.
• Manage Salesforce actions related to backorder resolution, including providing accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to customers and other action requests from Strategic and Key accounts.
• Point of contact for Sales department regarding Strategic and Key accounts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address past-due purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Gather, analyze, and document relevant data for entry into Oracle (TMS) and other enterprise systems.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or Logistics preferred.
• 1-3 years of Supply Chain environment preferred (Supply / Demand).
• Background in order management and backorder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex order issues.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
