Your role in our shared journey


Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by serving as the vital link between our customers and internal operations teams. In this role, you'll coordinate the complete sales cycle from order placement through to delivery, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service standards and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts across the ABX market.


 


Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 


 


Your key responsibilities will be:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring world-class service delivery aligned with company policies and procedures.



  • Provide comprehensive customer support through telephone calls, email correspondence, and effective task delegation to relevant team members.

  • Process and track customer orders throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial placement through to final delivery and invoicing.

  • Support the sales team by providing analytical insights and collaborating closely with the orderbook team to optimise operations.

  • Arrange and monitor shipments whilst maintaining communication with Distribution Centres, Sales, Finance departments, and external partners.

  • Handle returns, credits, and claims in a professional manner, processing dispute cases within standard key performance indicators.

  • Track deliveries to ensure Distribution Centres meet Service Level Agreements and conduct performance reviews with key customers.


 


You have the following skills:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain or customer service.

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • SAP and CRM knowledge is a plus

  • Excellent communication abilities and experience in international work environments.

  • Customer-focused approach with knowledge of sales and supply chain processes.
