Customer Care & Sales Operations Specialist EMEA (32-40 hours)

Does this description fit you? At Electude, we're currently seeking a Customer Care Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales Operations department, a newly established team within our organization. The team is led by the Sales Operations Coordinator and includes other Sales Operations Specialist colleagues.

As a Customer Care Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, maximizing efficiency, and supporting our sales team. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving our company forward and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What are you going to do?

  • As a pivotal member of the EMEA team, comprising of Business Development Managers (BDM), and Customer Success Managers (CSM)/product specialists, you will play a central role
  • Within the Sales Operations team, you’re happy to help when colleagues have more technical questions
  • You will actively support customers to get the most out of our online educational solutions
  • Collaborating closely with the CSM, you'll onboarding new customers onto our platform/solution
  • Facilitating the ordering and invoicing process
  • You’ll handle various administrative tasks to support the team's day-to-day operations
  • You will report to the Sales Operations Coordinator


This is you:

  • MBO degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an international Sales Support or Customer Service environment
  • Affinity for vocational technical training
  • Customer-focused approach, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Experience with an LMS platform is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, eager to learn, and accurate
  • Excellent skills in German and English spoken and written. If you also speak other languages, it will be an advantage
  • For this role, it is required to live in the Netherlands
