Customer Finance Analyst

How You Make a Difference
As a Customer Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for validating and processing customer claims and invoices related to price protections, bonuses, annual agreements, and price differences. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Control teams to optimize validation processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial administration. Strong communication skills will help you build effective relationships across a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming Customer Direct Expenses (CDE) invoices and claims accurately and on time, following company guidelines.
- Validate customer claims, process bookings correctly, and prepare payments.
- Calculate annual agreement bonuses and execute payments according to contractual agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through email and phone communication.
- Process incoming price differences and prepare credit notes when required.
- Manage and monitor budgets to prevent overspending while complying with company policies.
- Review and process approved budget requests.
- Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports, including turnover reports, price adjustment reports, and annual agreement analyses.

You will become part of Samsung's energetic Benelux Customer Finance team, consisting of ten colleagues located across Belgium and the Netherlands. What You Bring
The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, pays close attention to detail, and is able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy solving complex challenges, communicate clearly, and take a proactive approach to your work.
You also bring:
- 0â2 years of experience with financial processes.
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Affinity with data analysis and process automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
