Customer Service Manager

Envirogen Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Zandaam. As a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and implement service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. • In addition, working hours can be flexible, hybrid (2 days per week) is possible and you receive a mobile phone and laptop from the company.
