Position Overview:



We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at UniLux in Boxtel. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business customers, supporting them throughout their customer journey and ensuring an excellent service experience.


You will provide advice, answer product-related questions, process orders, and build strong customer relationships. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while contributing to the continued success of our growing business.


This is a fully onsite position, requiring attendance at our Boxtel office five days per week.



 


What You’ll Be Doing:




  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels




  • Provide product advice, for example on measuring, installation, and maintenance




  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers




  • Proactively contact customers when needed, for example regarding orders




  • Process orders (including larger/bulk orders) accurately and on time in our systems




  • Assist with workshops or product presentations for customers




  • Monitor agreements and service levels




  • Identify recurring questions or bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvement




  • Handle customer objections effectively: we aim to meet customer needs, but when something is not possible, you communicate this clearly




 


What We’re Looking For:




  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written




  • Experience in a customer-focused role is an advantage



  • Clear communicator who can explain things easily

  • Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and accurate


  • Able to stay calm under pressure and prioritize effectively




  • Comfortable working with computers and standard software




  • Interest in our products and willingness to develop your knowledge
