Employment Agency Manpower is looking for German Customer Service Representatives for a company in Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform the following activities:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions
• Maintaining accurate records within the client CRM
• Collaborating with the sales team to support lead growth and product knowledge
• Delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
