Customer Service Specialist

Suitsupply is always pushing the boundaries of customer service, aiming to deliver the highest standards of care to our customers globally. We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our international, social, sales-driven, and dynamic Customer Service team. If you have a keen interest in fashion and have a fresh perspective on customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will do:

• Connecting with our international customers through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.


• Proactively provide size, fit, and style advice to ensure optimal customer experience and satisfaction.


• Handle sales orders, deliveries, and returns, making sure customers receive all relevant information and attention.


• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Suitsupply to our global customers.

Who you are:

• Sales and/or customer experience in retail fashion or the hospitality industry.


• A strong sense of fashion, service-oriented mindset, and a can-do mentality.


• Flexibility to work on weekends (at least one weekend day a week).


• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
