We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to become part of our Technical Customer Service team. This team is essential in ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical inquiries.

In this role, you'll respond to a wide range of customer requests for technical support. You will help you to assign the right technicians to tackle the tasks identified, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.

We're hoping to find candidates who are not only tech-savvy but also eager to learn and adapt to new systems as they come. Being proficient in both Dutch and English is key to ensuring smooth communication with our clients and team members.

This position calls for a commitment of 40 hours a week for 6 to 8 weeks, and you'll be working onsite at our Breukelen office, playing a vital role in our dynamic team during this time!.

Requirements for this role:

Able to start straight away and available throughout August & September

Fluent Dutch & English
