Responsibilities:

• Ensure personalized follow-up to customer requests depending on the platform from which they contact us: satisfaction survey responses by email, private messages on social networks, online chat;
• Implement a deployment strategy to support growing volume;
• Manage the impact of feedback on the company's reputation by implementing and ensuring the continuity of existing procedures;
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service attitude;
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience;
• Manage a team of internal and external Customer Service specialists.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years experience in online customer service;
• Master best practices in online chat;
• Bilingual; English and Dutch;
• Empathetic and able to handle high-impact customer situations;
• Knowledge of social media management and measurement tools;
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, with a good sense of humor and above all leadership skills.
