Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
• Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our products and services to reach their business objectives.
• Regularly check on client progress and proactively offer support and resources.
• Record client interactions and feedback using our CRM system for enhanced service delivery.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to resolve client issues and elevate the customer experience.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and practices, providing clients with valuable insights.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
• Prior experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and devise tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and a solid understanding of technology.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a results-driven mindset.
