Job Description - Customer Success Associate DACH - Growing Impact Scale Up

With four years of continuous 100% year-on-year growth, we’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Associate to help drive innovation in global food supply chains. As a Customer Success Associate DACH, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our German-speaking customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. You will work closely with clients to maximize their success with the company’s products and services, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Onboarding new customers 

  • Onboard new customers by transferring their data to our platform & giving trainings. All while building a personal relationship with your new client.

    Customer Engagement & Relationship Building 

    • Act as a key contact for assigned customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience. This with the goal of fostering relationships with customers and gathering feedback.

    Customer Health Monitoring & Issue Resolution 

    • Track customer engagement and usage data, and step in when you see early warning signs.

    Customer Advocacy & Feedback Collection 

    • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to support product improvements. Help identify recurring customer pain points and propose potential solutions.
