As the Customer Success Manager, you will ensure smooth and efficient operational processes, overseeing customer orders, resolving logistics challenges, and supporting a high-quality customer experience across day-to-day activities.

What you will be doing
You will focus on ensuring smooth operational processes that deliver exceptional service to customers by acting as the backbone of day-to-day operations, overseeing customer orders from start to finish, and proactively resolving logistics challenges as they arise. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will manage inquiries, handle complaints, accurately register customer events, and identify and implement effective solutions to potential issues, all within a fast-paced operational environment where attention to detail and an operational mindset are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery, liaising between internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues proactively.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges, providing practical and cost-effective solutions to improve processes and prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure services are delivered according to customer expectations and company standards.
• Manage customer inquiries, handle complaints, and proactively work to provide an exceptional operational experience.
• Accurately register customer events, report root causes for issues, and recommend preventative measures where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, with a strong focus on customer contact.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Fluent English is required. German is a strong preference.
