We’re looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Experts to support global brands from the comfort of your home in Greece. Our clients include leaders in fashion, household technology, mobility, logistics, and communication platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the clients brand
• Actively listen to what moves our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats!
• Recommend solutions or products that match their needs.
• Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
• Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and/or deliveries, as well as customer complaints
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
• Exchanging ideas and solutions with your colleagues!

What You Bring

• Strong written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English
• Solution driven out of the box thinking
• An empathetic soul with the communication skills that match
• An entrepreneurial mindset to balance out the cons and benefits
• Good technical troubleshooting and/or problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns professionally
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural team.
