Your Mission 🚀

 

As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the voice of Insify, ensuring every customer gets a smooth, top-notch experience and appropriate advice on their insurance needs. 

What you will do


  • ✅ Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with clarity and empathy. You’ll go above and beyond to create “wow” moments for clients, tackling challenges with a solutions-first approach.

  • ✅ Continuously improve the customer experience, collaborating across teams—your ideas will make a difference!

  • ✅ Provide feedback to refine our products and processes, always keeping the customer at the centre.

  • ✅ Grow and evolve with us

What you'll bring


  • ✔ Fluency in French (written & spoken) — this is non-negotiable!

  • ✔ Available full-time.

  • ✔ Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready for challenges - you do not give up easily.

  • ✔ Strong communicator with great attention to detail.

  • ✔ Independent yet a team player—thriving in a small but dynamic team.

Bonus points if you:


  • 🎯 Have experience in a regulated sector (insurance, banking, fintech) or customer support

  • 🎯 Have worked in a startup before and love the fast-paced environment
