Customer Support Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Technical support & Repair technician to join our Support team. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with partners and customers to ensure they get the most out of our machines. We are a leading innovator in the field of plastic recycling and processing technologies for additive manufacturing. Our product range includes filament extruders and shredders, all designed, developed, and manufactured in-house. Recently, we launched the latest iteration of our Filament Maker TWO and are actively developing a range of add-ons to further enhance our machines. 
 
At 3devo, your work truly makes an impact. Our machines are used by clients all over the world. As a Repair Technician you’ll play a key role in keeping customer machines in top condition. You'll tackle a variety of technical challenges, and no two days will be the same. In our small but multidisciplinary team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively. Machines are returned to our HQ in Utrecht, where you clean, repair and reassemble machines. You will communicate directly to customers, and repair their returned machines to meet our high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. We're searching for someone who is interested in the 3D printing industry and is genuinely passionate about its future.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

• Respond promptly to customer and partner inquiries, become a go-to expert, tackling technical questions with confidence and delivering timely, accurate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both customers and partners, whether it’s a quick fix or a deeper dive into a problem, you’ll work hands-on to solve issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, providing clear communication and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and training to support end users effectively.
• Perform repairs on machines that have been returned to 3devo HQ in Utrecht, that partners and customers cannot repair.
• Refurbish machines that came are returned by our swap and rental programs.
